To the Proprietion of the Englishman newspaper in states that the passage qusted which appeared in the english man of the 12th Instant is considered by the Governor General in Council to involve a breach of his license & warns him that if any further observations or statements of a like nature he inserted in the paper the liense will he withdrawn.
