From Secretary - Submits with observations an article which appeared in the Englishman of the 9th Instant on the empropriety of using certan standard test books, which are put into the hands of newly arrived young servants & solicits the consideration of Government as to whether on the score of morality it is desisable or # take any charge in the use of such books.
