From Secretary - With refer to letter dated 15 instant points out that Sees XX & XXI involue the application of Sees 10 & 19 of act 28/57 & that they have therefore been included in the modfieatun No. 72 dated 24th instant states that the Lieut. Governor is awaiting reports gumthe Chief Civil officers in those Provinces regarding the act in question & that he does not feel him self to be strang # for active measures being taken to enforce the law generally should it be resolved eventually to do so.
