Whether the Provision made in para 4 of Board's letter no. F(E)50RT1/6 dated 16-11-57 regarding Rly servants who do not opt for pension. shall be deemed to have opted for pensionary benefits in any way infringes the provision of rule 102-R and also whether the same is valid in law.
