From - Forwards for information copy of Courts Dispatch No. 102 dated 21st November 1855 desiring that every Civil Servant ( covenanted or uncovenanted ) on sick leave to Europe , be furnished with a certificate of the amount of salary to which he is entitled under the rule sduring his absence & which he will forward to the Honble Court on arrival in England.
