To Civil Auditor - Requests he will report on the two following points. 1st whether a usuly appointed Member of the C. S. who may be allowed to proceed at his own request to the provinces to prosecute his studies is entitled to travelling allowance. 2nd whether travelling allowance is granted to a Student who failing to pass within the precoribed time is under clause 14th of the rules for the Examination of Civil Servants dated 24th January 1854 sent to the interior to complete his studies.
