S. - Reports his departure on Furlough to England on board the St. Ganges annexes Pilot Certificate of his departure as also a letter addressed by him to the Bombay Government in regard to his leaving without the usual Furlough Certificate and hopes this Government will sanction under the circumstance of the case the steophe has taken and forward his Certificate.
