Depeming - In reply to the foregoing states that there is nothing in the act for granting exlusive privilege to Inventors to prevent Government Servants for taking out to protect for intention assigning their patent rights to othera or granting licenses but the rule which prevents their assigning in trade of any description remains in the full force notwithstanding.
