Directs with reference to para 11 of Courts of Despatch No. 98 of 1856 dated 27th August that wherever the practice now exists of passing assistants under the 1st and 2nd Standard Conditionally subject to reexamination one any pint in which they may be found deficient the practice should be abolished and lays it down us a rule that in future no assistant covenanted as Unsonenated shall be passed under either the Ist or 2nd standard who is not fully entitled tobe so passed.
