Governor - Submits for consideration a Memorial from Mr. S. G. Mitchall clerk to the magistrates and to the Commissioner of the Court of Requests representing that after 26 year full service as an Uncood. Servant of Govt. he was removed from the service of Govt. and became nounirally the Servant of the Municipal Committee and he non finds that by no fault of his own he is debarred from the privileges enjoyed by Uncood Servants of Govt. wherefore he claims tobe considered as such and as such having applied for leave of absence on full pay on Medical Certificate he has been referred to the Municipal Committee by whom he is paid.
