Secretary Bengal - With reference to former correspondence in regard to then Appointment of a Principal to the Medical College, states that the Lieutenant Government has at last, for reasons assigned Commanding to the conclusion of foregoing the condition of the Principals revidence on the previouses as well as that of His abstenence from Private Practice. Requests sanction to an allowance of Rs. 200 Per Month to be assegned to the Secretary to the Medical College an office which should Continue to be held by one of the Junior Professors of the College who should reside on the Premises.
