Resolution - Transfers the foregoing papers to Public Works Department with the remark that the demand made by the Railway Companys of 2 1/2 as for the conveyance of each parcel without reference to weight or distance is higher than Could be admitted with reference to the business perfoemed by the Railway in Connexion with the Banghy parcels and that the principle of Charging upon the number of parcels Contained in each box instead of upon the Closed boxes in which they are sent was objectionable. Adds what Governments requeres of the Railway and desires that the papers be returned together witha an intimation of the orders that may be passed in that Department.
