Director General Post Office - The post office Act and Rules having been passed, suggests that the local Governments of Madras and Bombay may be relieed from the charge of the Post Office in these Presidencies, and that rules be laid down as to the authority to be rested in Post Masters General and in himself respectively as regurds the sanction of contingent Expenditure in differeat Post Offices, and as regards the entertaainment of eater establishments.
