To - In reply to his letter No. 367 dated the 13th June last, states that after a careful consideration of the care of Native Doctor Neibber Ship of the Cawnpore Jail their appears no sufficient from to grant him a personal allowance in addition to his salary - The Presidency in Chief Does not wish that any part of the salary actually drawn by Neibber Ship should be retrecuched but from date of this order he must revet to the salary to which he is entitled .
