From - With reference to mr. Bendoms letter No. 1363 dated 7th June 1858 on the subject of inproing the position and prospects of Sub Assistant Surgeon & a Submits the following recommendations- That refering pensions be allowed to Sub Assistant Surgeon. That four Sub Assistant Surgeon Employed as teachers in the Medical College should received 300 Rs. a month each. That an additional allowance of Rs. 150 be given to Sub Assistant Sugeon of the 1st and 2nd class and 100 to those of the 3rd class when in independent charge Civil & Military . That 16 Scholarship of 12 Rs. a month be be # for up coun try youths.
