From Officiating Secretary - States that execpting a Tabular Statement which is now under preparation, the Administration Report of those provinces ofr 1857/58 has been completed and placed in the hands of the copyists and that the completion of the Stated in question has been delayed by the omission of the District Authorities in not promptly making their returns.
