Memo submitted by the Punjab Civil Liverties Union Lahore Signed by more than 1600 citizens of Lahore re conditions of direction of S.Ps and urging that their cases should be subjected to judicial scrutiny , an enquiry should be held into conditions of their detention & that the rules prescribing those conditions of their detentuion should be published . Decision that Govt , should not recognize the title of any non- offecate body to intervene in such matters as intermediaries between themselves & members of the Public.
