Admitting the Claims to family pension of certain individuals referred to in his report no. 56 Dated 2nd Instt. also informing him that Govt. has desided. That in the absence of a special nominatin to a family pension it shall, as a General rule, devolve on the raal, next of Kin, although not registered by name or otherwise in the Kindered roll.
