With reference to G G O NO. 853 of he 24th august 1854 adn in reply to MIly. department letter no. 613 of 17th instant intimates that medlas intended for individuals in any stationb throught the BEngal presidency have incarialy been forwarded to them by steam if the bnumber has been large it few by dawk langhy parcels and with advertence to his officew despatch no. 735 of 10th idem .
