with reference to this office letter no. 613 of th4e 19t instant intimating that on date the committe department were requested to make arrabngment for the guard by G P P C no. 145 of th 30th april 1847 which woill Guide the supply of provinc es unless the marine consisderation which would be sufficient to justify a devication from the rule therein laid down.
