Retuning the original roll recived with nhis letter no. 1646 of the 19th instant intimating that the necessary correction has ben made in the officew copy of a despatch to the Mily. Board no. 856 of the 31st Jan. last and conveying the authority of the P in c for making the same correction in the copy thereof forwarded to him with docketyy no. 857.
