Brings to notice the Extrordinary mortality in horses that has prevailed inthe Governor General in the body guard for soem time past and states that the C.in C feards there be somthing wrong it the interior system of the Body Guard to occasion the very large mortality of glanders in force as reported in aletter from the present act commandant that corps Extt. of which is annexed.
