Despatch to His Majesty's Secretary of State for India regarding proposals (1) to lay down a condition in the case of all future entrants to certain superior services that the termination as well as the continuance their service is at the pleasure of the Crown or the Government under which they may serve and (ii) to retain in service in an emergency, an officer who has completed his term for pension but has not reached the age of superannuation
