States that a letter has been received from the Deb Rajah of Bhutan Pointing out the great inconvenience which continues to be felt in consequence of the boundary at Dewangiri not having as yet been clearly demarcated in accordance with the 10th article of the treaty, and requests that early orders may be taken to lay down the boundary next cold weather.
