In continuation of his letter No. 569T, of 7th April last, forwards translations of replies recieved from the Deb Rajah, who still continued in office up to last accounts, and the Andeeforong Jongpen, which replies he considers untruthful, and suggests to announce to the Bhooteas at the next meeting in Janurary that a heavy fine will be inflicted in every future case approaching to breadth of treaty, and to rigidly act upon the intimation.
