Article 365 of the Civil Service Regulations is being proposed to be relaxed in order to allow Mr. Kawasji Mirza, the head clerk of His Majesty's Vice-Consulate in Lingah, to count his time spent in that position towards eligibility for retirement benefits after making the necessary pension contributions.
