Orders on the questions (1) whether “furlough pay” referred to in the Home Department latter No. 2430-2444, dated the 12 November, 1914 may be made payable in England even though the officer proceeds to a place other than Europe and (2) whether furlough pay can be granted in addition to the pay and allowance of Army rank irrespective of the limit of pay drawn by the officer in the civil Department (Case of Mr. O.A.
