Representation from the Clerks Association of the Government of India Press, New Delhi, praying that (i) all clerks who have rendered more than 5 years service be classified as 'B' Grade clerks with retrospective effect (ii) the Assistants and Cashier should be classified as 'A' Grade clerks with retrospective effect (iii) there should retrenchment and (iv) no outsider should be allowed promotion to any higher clerical posts already existing or to be created in the New Delhi Press-rejected. Grant of special pay of Rs.20/- and Rs.16/- p.m. to Assistance and upper Division clerks respectively performing supervisory duties in the presses and branches of the Station ry and Printing Department
