Development of land by Government under the jurisdiction of Delhi Corporation- Sharing of expenditure between the Government and the Corporation- Meeting held in the Ministry Works, Housing and Supply on 22.12.58. Decision that- 1. The Planning Commission should be approached to provide necessary funds. 2. The question of development in non-transferred areas be taken up at the level of Ministries of W.H. and S. Home and Finance. 3. The Corporation would meet expenditure on widening of roads which were absolutely necessary. 4. The question of transfer of development areas from NDMC to DMC should be settled across the table rather than by a recourse to Legal procedure
