Ministry of Educations suggestion viz. (a) 20% of seats should be reserved for them Scheduled caste and Scheduled tribes students P. (b) where admissions are restricted to candidates who obtain certain minimum percentage of marks and not merely the passing of certain examination there may be a 5% reduction for them provided that lower percentage prescribed to pass the qualifying examination; and (c) the maximum age limit for admission of student of these communities may be raised by three years; may be make applicable to all Railway Schools irrespective of the fact whether similar concessions are granted or not by the State Governments concerned
