Order issued to Railway as a result of discussions on 8/9.11.73 that the provisions of para 18 (ii) and 20 of Subsidiary instructions will now apply to electric fitters and safaiwalas working in running trains and who will get full credit for the Journey period 2. Order's issued that in computing the hours of work of Air conditioned coach attendants and coach incharges, Midion Generators on running trains, credit may be allowed in full for such of the time spent in traveling. The payment of night duty allowance may also be regulated in the same manner
