Classification of Coach attendants and bungalow peons under the hours of Employment Regulations. (1) Decision taken in construction with the Department of Labour that bungalow peons residing at or close to the peace of should be classified as excluded under the Hours of employment regulations necessary notification amending the rules duly rolled by the Ministry of Labour employment and Ministry of Labour also issued. (2) Decision that on a further review made in consultation with the Ministry of Labour and Employment and in suspensions of the previous on orders of the 6.12.61 that the air conditioned coach attendants may be classified as continuous under the hours of employment regulations and the hours of work may be adjusted in such a way that the same do not exceed the average weekly limit of 54 in any month. In computing their duty hours that may be allowed credit in full for such expected to be fairly busy and for fraction say 25% of the time occupied the travelling when they no hike or no work
