Method of computing the irregularities reported by the C.I.R.M. under Hours of Employment Regulation 1961- Examination made and the following actions have been taken:- (1) The method of computing the irregularities has been in consultation on with the C.L.C. Instructions have been issued to the Railways. (2) Instructions have been issued to the Railways that the effect of these instructions will take effect from 1.6.67
