Decision(1) to grant T.A. to probationers sent on training as on tour or as on transfer. (2) to grant T.A. to apprentices who are in receipt of free boarding and lodging at their head quarters and in receipt of reduced rates of stipend during the period of training (3) that no joining time or T.A. on transfer is admissible to special class apprentices irrespective of the period of stay at various headquarters
