(1) To award T.A. to probationers who are sent on training as either a tour or a transfer. (2) to award training allowances (TAAs) to apprentices who receive free boarding and lodging at their headquarters as well as reduced stipend rates during their training period. (3) Special class apprentices are not eligible for joining times or TAAs upon transfer, regardless of the length of stay at different headquarters
