Request by the General Manager B.N.Railway for Board's sanction to the grant of a second class card pass between Howrah and Kharagpur only for the use of the president, B.N.Railway workers wlefare Association - Agrees to. Decision by the Board that (1) cheque passes to working presidents and Working Secretaries of recognised Union on Railways may be issued by G.Ms on a scale to be laid down by them (ii) Card passes may also be issued, over home line only having regard to the number of Cheque passes which may otherwise have to be issued
