Enquiry made by the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Bombay whether the Speaker of the old Bombay Legislative Assembly who continues as the Speaker of new Assembly by virtur of Section 31(1) of the S. R. Act would preside at the first meeting of the Leg. Assembly of the new State of Bombay when it meets to elect the new Speaker and the new Dy. Speaker.
