With reference to a letter of the 23rd August last, submits copy of one from the Surjeon to the Adjutt. of the 8th Light Cavalry, & of the opinion of the Members of the Medical Committee, recommending Serjeant Cullen of that Regiment, proceeding to Landour, by Dawk, at the public expense.
