With reference to a letter of the 5th September last Transmits copies of Papers, containing the Explanation required, and also the Communications from the Civil Authorities, on the Subject of the proposed practive ground at Delhie. Officers observations & states that if the piece of ground recommended in bis letter of the 16th August last Cannot be granted.
