In continuation of his letter no. 4884 of the 13th Instt. submits copy of another Communication from the Secretary Govt. Saving's Bank together with its enclosure being a blank form for use by the Regimental Saving's Bank agreeably to the 6th Para. of the Govt. General orders no. 302 of 1850, and to request that the same may be transmitted to the Brigade Major Queen's Troops with instructions to issue a certain number to each of the Regiemnt Pay Masters for adoption there being no printed forms of the Kind at present.
