Enclosure to a letter from no S.R Govt. no 190 D/29 feby.Transmits, Copy Despatch fromt eh Mily Boards, on the subject of Converting certain ranges, of Barracks, at Bamhampore, into offices for the Judge, Collector, and magistrate of mooshedabad, and for alteringthe boundary line of the contonements, states particular in explanation of th esubject observes that the question of passing the Estimates, for these works must entirely depend are whether these Buildings, can be made over by the Mily department to the Bengal Govt. permanently for the location of Civil offices them and submits, this question for decision and order should the ranges in question la rellizmished by the Mily Department it would easy to have them excluded form the Bombay of contonments, to which need not there wise, be altered 6 Skeches, accompany.
