Read again para 27-36-37 1/2 -38-58and 59 of the report on the mooltan by Lt. Coll Boilean Supg Engineer N.W.P no 2994 D/25th november 1851. in which are contained his principal reasons, for advocating the abandonement of the fortress of mooltan.
