Forwarding extract paras 11 and 12 of a mily letter the court of drs. no 46 of 30th May 1849 referring to their letter of the 31st December 1847 in which they stated that it was not the usage of trade to insert the weight of Euro. and in the bills of loading and that in the instance of the asphalte consigined to Bengal on the Wellesloy the weight was inserted, but the commander claimed and exercised his right of excepting to it and added weight unknown.
