Concurs with him in opinion that Gohndaze Balak sing of scindahs Contingent of short service who was transferred to the Invalid Establishement under instructions from the foreign Departments is entitted to a pension in the 4th aessec of the rates laid down in G.O no 120 of the 13th august 1838 with refrence to the degree of inquiry sustanied by him in the executions of his duty and that Govtsanctions a stipend of one Rupee 11 amas to mensem being passed to him.
