Transmitting Copy of certian Correspondence authorizing a pension of 111as in the 4th Degree of the rates laid down in G. o no 120 of the 13th august , 1838, to Balak sing, Golundaze of Scindahs's Contingent of short service who was transferred to the Invalid Establishment under instructions from the foreign Departments.
