I. & of Committing other atrocities & to the very Unsettled & insecure state of that Province, that the Governor General is well acquanted with the present state of Oude that the Cin Cis not probably aware that the condition of Oude was the Subject of Communication between athe late Governor General & the King 2 Year Ago & that the kingdom of Oude may now be said to be in a state of probation & the approaching termination of the period Fixed may probably render it necessary for the Governor General to take stronger measures at an early period.
