With reference to Mily. Dept. Ltr. no. 352 of teh 13th April 1853 submit plan no. 1 and sectin of a hosptial for a troop of native horse arty. with out officers also plan no. 2 of a hosptial for the euroepan portin of an euroena troops of horses arty.
