With reference to Govt. General orders no. 198 dated 4th Mach 1853, announcing the instructions of the Honble the court of Directors for the removal of Captain and Brevet Major R. Ousely 50th Regiment Native Infantry, from the service of the East India Company, withyout prejudice to his claim to Pension under the retiring regulations, and notifying that Major Ousely was removed from the service from teh 3rd of March 1853, that being the date of receipt of he HOnble courts Orders.
