with reference to a letter opf the 26th ultimo states that sadhoo 50th N I who has lost the use of his left arms from the effects of a woundered at the battle of chimawalla in Jan. 1849 in entitled to the wound pension of a naick in the 2nd degree of the scale laid down G OP 13th august 1838 .
