Laying down certain rules which are intireded to be in modification of the previosu by established rate for the tersm upon which officers proceeding on duty or an accoun of sickness on govt pessels of any kind or transports hired by govt relative to their rates of mess but are not extended to officers taking their passage on their private account or to sick officers returning from service who will have to pay their own table money the above rules to be appicable to govt sterm as at bombay as well as to those of calcutta whenever they are used as transports for the conveyance of troops and officers on service.
